Affordable Turf USA Warranty
Affordable Turf USA warrants that its artificial grass products will be free from material manufacturing defects under normal use and proper installation for the warranty period stated below.
Residential Use
15 years from the original purchase date.
Commercial Use
5 years from the original purchase date.
Coverage Type
Limited product material warranty.
1. Warranty Coverage
This Limited Product Warranty covers artificial grass products against the following issues when the product is used under normal conditions and installed properly:
- Excessive UV degradation resulting in abnormal fiber breakdown
- Backing delamination caused by manufacturing defects
- Premature fiber loss caused by manufacturing defects
- Defects in materials or workmanship under normal residential use
Samples, clearance items, remnants, custom-cut leftovers, and discontinued products are sold as-is unless otherwise stated in writing.
2. What This Warranty Does Not Cover
- Improper installation, poor base preparation, poor drainage, or incorrect seam work
- Normal wear, matting, flattening, or changes in appearance from foot traffic
- Color variation between production lots or normal weathering over time
- Burns, melting, or heat damage, including window reflection, fire pits, grills, cigarettes, or hot objects
- Damage from chemicals, paint, adhesives, oils, cleaning products, or misuse
- Damage caused by pets when waste is not cleaned properly or when improper infill is used
- Mold, mildew, odor, drainage problems, or bacteria caused by site conditions or lack of maintenance
- Damage from flooding, storms, ground movement, acts of nature, vandalism, or abuse
- Labor, installation, removal, disposal, shipping, freight, or any incidental or consequential costs
- Products installed outside the United States unless approved in writing
3. Customer Responsibilities
- Install the product according to commonly accepted artificial turf installation practices
- Maintain the turf with regular cleaning, brushing, and debris removal
- Clean pet waste promptly and use appropriate turf-safe cleaning products
- Keep proof of purchase, order number, and installation records
- Notify Affordable Turf USA within 30 days after discovering a possible defect
4. Warranty Claim Process
To submit a warranty claim, contact Affordable Turf USA through our contact page or by phone at (626) 684-2019. The claim must include:
- Original order number or invoice
- Customer name, address, phone number, and email
- Photos and/or videos clearly showing the issue
- Description of the installation area and product use
- Installer information, if applicable
Affordable Turf USA may request additional photos, inspection access, or a product sample before approving a claim.
5. Warranty Remedy
If Affordable Turf USA determines that a covered manufacturing defect exists, Affordable Turf USA will, at its option, provide one of the following remedies:
- Replacement artificial grass material
- Store credit toward replacement artificial grass
- A prorated credit based on the remaining warranty period
This warranty covers product material only. Labor, installation, removal, disposal, freight, shipping, and related costs are not covered unless required by applicable law.

6. Limitations
This is a limited product warranty. Affordable Turf USA's total liability is limited to the original purchase price of the defective product.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Affordable Turf USA is not responsible for incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so some limitations may not apply to you.
7. Legal Rights
This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
No employee, installer, contractor, reseller, or representative is authorized to modify this warranty unless the modification is in writing and signed by Affordable Turf USA.
